8th Annual Alabama’s Strongest Man Competition is Saturday August 8th at The Hangout. Witness awesome feats of strength by men and women from all over the Southeast! It is completely free to attend and open to the public. Best event to end the summer!

Events start at 9:30 AM. The events include axil clean & press, zercher keg medley, axil deadlift, and stone lifts. This year, one of our competitors will be attempting to break a world record.  After the awards ceremony, there will be live music and tons of fun activities for the whole family.
