Fresh Fun, Served Daily!
Famous for live music, we are also home to the Hangout Music Fest in May, our Pirates & Princesses Breakfast all summer long & the Oyster Cook-Off in November. Always fun with a touch of nostalgia, there’s something for all ages.
Games, dancing, music, contests & entertainment start early in the morning and don’t stop until closing during the summer at The Hangout. The foam machine revs up & kids (even adult-sized) run amuck through an avalanche of foamy bubbles. There’s a gigantic sandbox, a fire pit, a giant shaka hand, a mermaid bar, vintage lunchboxes, rubber duckies, matchbox cars, Pez containers & a 15 foot wishing wall. We have hair braiding & henna tattoos. There is fun for everyone!
Adults mingle at the outdoor bar while grooving to live music from our outdoor stage. Big screen sports & a live DJ are daily attractions. Our large one stop gift shop is an attraction itself!
We have 20+ fun things to do! Our venue is lively & versatile, making it perfect for any occasion. The Hangout would be honored to coordinate all of the essential elements necessary for your event to exceed your expectations.

We kicked off the day with an incredible breakfast with the Rotary Club and now it’s time to turn it up for Mardi Gras!

🐾🎉 The first ever Gulf Shores Pup Crawl was a HIT! 🎉🐾
What an incredible day for our community and our furry friends! Here’s what we accomplished together:
🐶 5 out of 6 dogs were adopted and found loving homes
💛 Over 70 people came out to support this amazing event
💵 We raised over $250 for the Baldwin County Animal Shelter and proudly matched it to make it $500 total
🦴 Collected 100+ toys and treats for shelter pups
🐾 Welcomed support from Northwest Florida Great Dane Rescue
✂️ Huge thank you to Pampered Paws for offering nail trimming for our furry friends
💕 And a special shoutout to Brittney, one of our managers and brand ambassadors, who adopted a pup!
Big thanks to our amazing partners Ice House, Scoops, and Picnic Beach for helping bring this vision to life.
